The Exceptional HR Leader’s Mastermind Group

As part of his success coaching programs designed specifically for HR Professionals, Chris offers participation in his Exceptional HR Leader’s Mastermind Group. The group offers a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen their business and personal skills. Participants challenge each other to set important goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.

How Will The Group Work?

The primary goal of this group is to offer practical, workable and easily implementable solutions to key HR / business issues faced by HR professionals. This is accomplished by giving each participant the opportunity to get away from the day to day distractions that consume their time and prevent them from thinking “strategically.”

  • Each of the Exceptional HR Leader’s Groups are limited to no more than 6 to 8 participants. Each participant becomes an “advisory expert” for the other participants in their group. Some of key characteristics of the group are:
  • Each group will meet each month for a half day over a continuous 6 month period in “working sessions”.  
  • During these sessions, participants will have the opportunity to:
  • Develop a fresh perspective on their HR role as a business professional
  • Find solutions to the key issues affecting them by leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of all of the members of their group
  • Each participant will receive a monthly individual coaching session with Chris. 
  • Over the course of the 6 months, they will learn how to develop and implement a 90 day plan process to help them achieve their personal and business growth goals and elevate their level of performance.

The focal point for most of the general discussions that will take place during the monthly meetings and the individual coaching calls will be Chris’ “Exceptional HR Leader’s Checklist”. The checklist will be a vital part of each participant’s professional development plan. Specific actions outlined in the checklist will be used by each participant to develop and implement their personalized plan to raise their level of performance and contribution to “exceptional”. With this plan, each participant can put themselves on a track to add value to their company’s operations leading to them being seen as a respected leadership peer.
